Our standard product line is designed to withstand pressure of 5,000 psi using a variety of fluids that include raw water, 95/5 and other low viscosity fluids. We designed and manufactured a descaling valve system to meet and exceed the demands of scale removal from steel rolling. Drawing from our vast knowledge of materials impervious to corrosion and high pressure including salt bath nitride carbon steel, stainless steel and ceramics, the engineers designed a system that fits a customer’s existing piping structure. The valve system includes a large two-way flow design and isolation valves integrated upstream in the housing to prevent damage to the unit. Additionally, pre-fill modules are available as an option.
